You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

When you submit a message, application, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purpose of responding and improving the Service. You confirm that what you submit is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Everything Tom Fortes Mayer publishes — books, podcasts, meditations, articles, programmes — is for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Specific terms (delivery, refund policy, cancellation) for paid programmes are presented at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms. Where applicable, statutory consumer rights apply and are not affected by these Terms.

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freedom Co and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
